Our process

Isaac HVACR Industrial & Commercial Services technician leaving vanOur commercial experts get involved and stay involved with our clients all the way through the process, from the initial evaluation and proposal to the final inspection.

Estimating replacement projects

We have a structured process for small projects that involves one of our project managers:

  1. Visiting your site for a condition, style, and installation assessment
  2. Collecting calculations on equipment efficiency
  3. Working up an estimate
  4. Presenting your proposal

Estimating new construction

Our process for bidding larger projects typically involves:

  1. Reviewing your concepts and requested budget
  2. Creating drawings and developing an estimate
  3. Receiving a letter of intent

For larger projects, we only bill clients for engineering assessments if they choose not to move forward with us. If you select Isaac, we charge only for the equipment and installation time; we invest our own time in the setup, drawings, and planning.

Design and installation process

Once we’re engaged on a project, our team stays closely involved.
